Refunds and Returns

Refunds

All our sales are final. Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size, color, or quantity. Please make sure to review our item descriptions and size charts carefully. Please also bear in mind the fabric colors in the photos may be slightly different from the actual item(s). This can be due to lighting during photo shoots or your monitor's display.

Applicable refunds will be granted when a mistake was made on our side. For example: if we accidentally sent a faulty product or the wrong item. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP at sales@shop-loma.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order and a refund will not be granted.

Our refund policy is effective for ​20 days​ after the receipt of the item(s).​ Refund requests submitted after 20 days from the receipt of the item(s) will not be accepted. 

 

Return / Exchange Process

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! We are happy to replace or exchange any item(s) were we made a mistake. 

Please follow these instructions for Return Request:

1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is size, please use a ruler or tape measure.

2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # (YourOrderNumber) - Replacement Request” to sales@shop-loma.com.

3. Please include the following:
- The photo(s).
- A specific description of the issue.
- The Order Number & Item Name - If there are multiple items in an order, please identify each one with their respective product name.

Our support team will respond within 3 business days and Return Instructions will be provided.

**To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.**

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, replacement item(s) will be sent. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed. If the customer inputs the wrong address, no replacement items will be sent. 

Defective or damaged item(s) will be replaced with the same item(s) free of charge.
